Campus Warfare, University of Utah
Campus Warfare is a two player networked 3D turn-based strategy game written in C++ using OpenGL for the graphics engine and DirectX for the networking module. The game was written during my days at the University of Utah and the plot of this game is similar to Risk except the goal is to conqueor the entire campus. All the elevation data is accurate up to 10 meters (data provided by the USGS) and the buildings were modeled in 3D Studio Max and textured with acutal photographs. When attacking a territory, the camera zooms down to the battlefield and the University Medical helicopter is despatched to collect the wounded students. I also did the texture maps and box artwork.

Plotting Software mods for General Atomics, San Diego, CA.
This project involved modifying an C++ MFC application to accept more variables for complex plots in a proprietary in-house program. My task was to get familiar with the undocumented code and modify it to meet their current needs.

I am good programmer with strong problem solving skills. I prefer programming in object oriented languages like Java, C++, and C#. I have really come to like the .NET framework and have been using it a lot recently for ASP.NET web applications. I have a BS in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
